Alfredo Maria De Falco
Alfredo Maria De Falco, after the degree in Economics and Business at the Federico II University of Naples and the exchange at the Warwick University, completed a Doctorate in “Economic Disciplines and Corporate Governance” at the Naval University Institute in partnership with La Sapienza University of Rome.
Alfredo Maria De Falco has more than 25 years of experience in corporate & investment banking, developed through different roles and responsibilities in in the banking and financial sector: (i) from 1996 to 2000 he worked at Banca IMI, where he first held the role of Associate in the corporate finance department and then Vice President in the equity transactions department; (ii) between 2000 and 2003 he held the position of Managing Director of IPO World S.p.A.; and (iii) from 2003 to the beginning of 2023, he held positions of increasing responsibility within the Capitalia Group and then within the UniCredit Group, where he - among other things - held the position of Head of Unicredit Bank - New York Branch (with responsibility for the Group's activities in North America and Latin America), Deputy Head of Corporate & Investment Banking and most recently Head of Client Solutions, being also member of managerial internal committees.
Mr. De Falco has been a member of bodies with strategic supervisory functions at Camfin S.p.A., Cordusio SIM S.p.A. and UniCredit International Bank (Luxemburg) S.A. and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the European Institute of Oncology. He also teaches Acquisition & Leveraged Finance at the Master in Corporate Finance of Bocconi University where has obtained the Best Teacher Award.
