Anna Simioni

Anna Simioni is a Senior Executive with a strong track record in managing various business functions at national and international level. Since 2009, she has specialised in digital and organisational transformation, HR strategy and trust building, combining her 16 years' management experience with over 18 years of on-site consulting. She has held key positions in companies such as UBI Banca, EY and UniCredit Group, in addition to being an independent member of several boards of directors, including at the AIRC Foundation and SNAM Foundation. Anna earned a degree in Economics from Luigi Bocconi University and completed post-graduate programmes at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. She is certified as Executive Coach and Agile Scrum Master and has attended leadership programmes at Harvard Business School.
