Azzurra Caltagirone

Born in Rome on March 10, 1973, after obtaining a diploma in Art History in London, she began her professional career in 2000 within the Caltagirone Group, as Vice President of Caltagirone Editore, and she still holds this office. She is currently Vice President of Caltagirone S.p.A., Managing Director of Il Messaggero and President of Il Gazzettino. She is a member of the Boards of Directors of Cementir Holding, of other companies of the Caltagirone Group and of the Fondazione Musica per Roma. She is non-executive director of Banca Generali since June 2016.
