Paola Carrara

Paola Carrara is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor with extensive, specialised experience in various fields, including corporate supervision, statutory audit, corporate governance, due diligence, company valuation, assurance services, internal audit and accounting consultancy. She actively serves in numerous corporate offices and functions, including as Independent Director in Cembre S.p.A. and President of the Board of Auditors of Confindustria Bergamo. She also has extensive academic experience, and has participated as a speaker in numerous courses and conferences on topics such as financial reporting, corporate control and auditing. Paola earned a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bergamo and continues to constantly fine tune her knowledge through corporate consultancy and audit training programmes and highly specialised courses.
