Banca Generali was one of the leading players in ICGN 2018, the main international event dedicated to corporate governance held for the first time in Italy, in Milan, on 25-28 June.

The positive example of Banca Generali was the central focus of the roundtable closing the event, when Chairman Giancarlo Fancel described to an audience of more than 500 representatives of the world’s leading institutional investors the guidelines followed when forming the Bank’s Board of Directors and selecting its independent directors.

The themes discussed ranged from the new challenges linked to corporate IT risks and sensitive data protection, to sustainability issues for businesses.
