#Italianonsiferma, Banca Generali and Credimi support Meccanica Vecchiatti

Banca Generali with #Italianonsiferma to help Italian SMEs. Objective achieved thanks to the operation that allowed savers to invest in the loans of companies without liquidity. As for Meccanica Vecchiatti which manages dozens of orders and is also a supplier to the Japanese Honda. In March, during the crisis caused by the health emergency, the company obtained a loan through the initiative that we proposed in collaboration with Credimi. The latter analyzed the solidity of the company requesting the loan through its fintech platform and allowed it to be disbursed in a few days.

In the last months, thanks to #Italianonsiferma, not only the Vecchiatti company, but hundreds of SMEs obtained a series of loans. This was an operation that overall made 100 million euros of liquidity available to companies in the form of 5-year loans guaranteed by the State Guaranty Fund (90%), with Generali, the groupl leader company, which subscribed a 10% (10 million) share of the issue. A technological process that has made it possible to accelerate times a lot, leading to the provision of liquidity, allowing many companies to overcome difficulties.

Angelo Vecchiatti, Manager of Meccanica Vecchiatti, said: "This loan for us was much more than an injection of liquidity in a time of crisis. It allowed us to continue with normal administrative activities, we were able to pay salaries and suppliers, and above all to look to the future with confidence. I was struck by the speed of delivery times and the simplicity of the processes ".
